Where to even start! Our relationship with food over the years has been somewhat tumultuous. Between the two of us we’ve been Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian and even Pegan (don’t ask). Our new and current focus has been on gut health and the 80/20 rule, where we eat a certain way during the week and then on the weekends have no rules. We have made up this eating plan according to what makes us feel healthy, happy and energetic. We have found that following this plan has helped us nurture a healthy and loving relationship between us and food. Different things work for different people. If you’re interested in knowing more about the food you eat, we suggest visiting a dietician. Below are the four areas that make up our current food and eating environment.
